Kokeshi Hanadayori

Kokeshi made and hand painted by the artisan Chie Tamura, stage name of Tamura Noboru. The term Hanadayori in Japanese means "first bud". This kokeshi depicts a young girl with an elegant hairstyle enriched with a Kanzashi (traditional hair clip) and wearing a beautiful red kimono, on which plum blossoms are decorated. This doll stands 14.5cm tall and 7cm in diameter. Original packaging is included, stamped and signed by the artist who created the kokeshi.
